Shipping & Delivery Policy

Custom print projects move through proofing, production, quality review, and fulfillment. This policy explains how timing, addresses, carriers, freight, local delivery, and delays are handled.

Last updated September 22, 2026

Production and timing

Production time begins only after Promostore has received required payment, production-ready files, final specifications, and proof approval. The estimate shown on a product, quote, or order confirmation is based on the project as approved. Revisions, missing information, material availability, split shipments, special finishing, installation, or rush requests may change the schedule.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. A requested event date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless Promostore expressly confirms a guaranteed service in writing.

Shipping and delivery methods

Available methods depend on size, weight, destination, timing, and installation needs. Orders may ship by parcel carrier, freight carrier, local courier, customer pickup, approved installer, or direct Promostore company-truck delivery from our production facility. The selected method and charge will appear at checkout, on the quote, or in the order confirmation when applicable.

Delivery addresses and receiving

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, serviceable address and for identifying residential, commercial, limited-access, appointment, liftgate, inside-delivery, or loading-dock requirements before shipment. Address corrections, redelivery, storage, detention, return freight, or accessorial fees caused by incomplete information may be charged to the customer.

Someone authorized to receive and inspect the shipment must be available when a signature, appointment, freight delivery, installation, or direct delivery is required.

Large-format, freight, and installed projects

Signs, displays, wraps, casket wraps, and other oversized or sensitive work may require special packaging, freight, scheduled delivery, pickup, direct delivery, or installation coordination. Packaging should be retained until the order has been inspected. Installation readiness—including access, permits, utilities, surfaces, site safety, and scheduled contacts—is the customer’s responsibility unless included in writing.

Delays and changed ship dates

Carrier interruptions, weather, supply constraints, equipment issues, file or proof delays, incorrect addresses, site conditions, and other events outside reasonable control may affect timing. If Promostore cannot ship within a promised time, we will provide the legally required notice and available choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion for a refund. Rush or carrier charges are not automatically refundable when the selected service was provided but a delay occurred outside Promostore’s control.

Damage, loss, and shortages

Inspect all packages promptly. Note visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before signing when possible. Report damage, loss, or shortages through our Contact page as soon as possible and include the order number, photographs of the product and packaging, quantities affected, and carrier documentation. Do not discard damaged items or packaging while a claim is under review.

Customer pickup

Wait for a ready-for-pickup notice before traveling. Orders not collected within the stated pickup window may incur storage charges or be handled under the terms provided with the order.

Questions before ordering

For a firm event date, freight requirement, direct delivery, installation, or special receiving condition, contact Promostore before approving the order so the requirement can be included in writing.
