You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing. Do not interfere with site security, submit malicious code, misuse accounts, scrape protected content, or use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful materials. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Quotes, pricing, and availability
Website prices and estimates may change before an order is accepted. Custom quotes are based on the specifications, files, quantities, timing, delivery, installation, and other information supplied at the time. Taxes, shipping, rush service, installation, special materials, and corrections may be additional unless expressly included. Obvious pricing or configuration errors may be corrected before production; we will provide options before charging any material difference.
Orders and payment
An order becomes binding when Promostore accepts it and required payment, files, information, and approvals are received. We may place an order on hold for missing information, suspected fraud, rights concerns, safety issues, or unpaid balances. You represent that billing and delivery details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Customer content and intellectual property
You retain rights in artwork and content you provide. You grant Promostore and its production and fulfillment partners a limited license to store, review, modify as instructed, proof, produce, and deliver that content for your project. You confirm that you have permission to use all names, logos, photographs, trademarks, designs, and other submitted material and that the project does not violate another party’s rights.
Promostore branding, website design, templates, copy, and original creative work remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Proofs, changes, and production
Digital proofs are intended to confirm layout, content, approximate color, and production specifications. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, names, contact details, image placement, dimensions, quantities, and all other content. Approval authorizes production. Changes after approval may require a new quote, timeline, or fee and may not be possible after production begins. See our Refund, Cancellation & Artwork Policy.
Shipping, delivery, and installation
Production and transit estimates are not guarantees unless Promostore agrees in writing to a guaranteed service. Customer-caused delays, file corrections, proof revisions, carrier events, weather, access restrictions, and force-majeure events may affect timing. Problems, remedies, and responsibility
Report suspected production defects or shipping damage promptly with photographs and order details. Promostore will review the issue and, when we confirm a covered error, may repair, reproduce, replace, or provide another appropriate remedy. Customer-approved content, normal color and material variation, incorrect customer specifications, misuse, installation by others, and carrier or storage conditions outside our control are not production defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promostore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains information practices. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Terms applicable to an accepted order will not be changed retroactively except as required by law or agreed with you.
