Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping details, account information, quote and order details, project notes, artwork, photographs, casket or product references, and communications with our team. Payment information is handled by our checkout and payment-service providers; Promostore does not need to store complete payment-card numbers.
We may also receive device, browser, IP address, referral, page-view, and interaction information through cookies, server logs, and analytics technologies.
How we use information
- Prepare quotes, proofs, orders, production files, deliveries, and customer support.
- Operate accounts, checkout, fraud prevention, and website security.
- Improve website performance, products, services, and marketing.
- Send service messages and, where permitted, promotional communications.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.
How we share information
We share information only as reasonably needed with providers that support our storefront, hosting, forms, workflow automation, analytics, payment processing, production, shipping, installation, customer service, and professional operations. These may include PrintNow, HubSpot, Zapier, payment processors, carriers, production partners, and installers where applicable. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define certain analytics or advertising disclosures more broadly; applicable choices are described below.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies help keep the store functional, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure campaigns, and connect form activity with customer records. You may limit cookies through your browser, but some account, cart, checkout, and form features may not work correctly.
Artwork, photos, and uploaded files
Files you upload may contain personal information about you or other people. Upload only material you are authorized to use and share. We use uploaded files to review, quote, design, proof, produce, and support your project, and may provide them to approved production or fulfillment partners for those purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. For privacy requests, use our contact page and identify the request as “Privacy.” We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including production, customer service, legal, tax, dispute, and security needs.
Our services are intended for business customers and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
